The whole experience was really nice. It was fairly clean, everyone was pleasant. The venue was in a central location near pubs as well as downtown.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

They did'nt get our reservation und so we had to sleep the first night in a dirty room. The 2. night, we got a clean room.

Good location. It's a simple no-frills room.

Wireless internet didn't work. Television had 1 channel. The only customer service contact at the front desk didn't seem to know that I reserved and seemed to have no friendliness to him. He wasn't unkind, just disconnected!
